Kindly take into consideration the following guidelines while filling up the form:
1. This service is applicable for the unit holders residing in SP units in the Ashram. Last date to submit the form
is 12th December , 2022
2. Option 1. Metal Silver Cot = Rs 1000/-
Option 2. Mattress set (inclusive of mattress (gadla) and pillow only) = Rs 550/- .This has been outsourced for your convenience.
3. The facility is for the period from 17th December 2022 to 1st January , 2023. This is a fixed package.
4. Post placing the request, the delivery of the cots and mattress set will be between 14th December’ 22 to 16th December ‘ 22.
5. Regarding the delivery and collection of the request made, access to the unit would be required as per the above mentioned dates . One is required to fill the form only if the access is going to be available.
6. In case of multiple form requests from the same unit, the latest submitted request shall deemed to be considered as final.
7. Cancellations shall not be accepted.
